Bill has 25+ years contracts and project management experience and as owner/General Manager provides direction and guidance for the company.

Carlos handles grounds work, is a lead climber, received formal tree work training from Academy Trained (https://www.academy-trained.com/), is NE Certified Arborist, has CDL A, and is building good experience.

Carlos “2” handles grounds work and is learning the industry, including arboriculture, rigging, and climbing.

Jake handles grounds work, ropes and rigging, and quietly completes what is needed.

Tanner has 10+ years arborist experience assessing and recommending as a trusted advisor, is a UNL grad, and with Jeremy handles all sales.

John is a groundsman and climber applying his experience with the team and approaches each day with positivity.
 

Kristine provides operations, office, and logistical support for sales and the crews applying her 20 years’ experience in green industry and managing small businesses.

Jose is a groundsman with great work ethic and calm approach, maybe from his days playing pro soccer, and is learning to climb.
 

Colby has become our expert groundsperson and ‘rope-guy’ to keep the climbers safe and manage limbs cautiously; received formal tree work training from Academy Trained.

Michael is a groundsman handling ropes and rigging and making sure cleanup is complete at end of each job.

Lloyd has good experience climbing, grounds, and managing pruning jobs, has applicator’s license for plant health care treatments, City of Omaha license, and is studying for NE Certified Arborist.

Kirby is a critical team member on the ground, is NE certified arborist, helps with equipment and gear, CDL A running our grapple truck, and has applicator’s license for plant health care treatments.

Jeremy is NE certified arborist, assesses and recommends trees and tree work as a trusted advisor, applies his team experience as a veteran, and with Tanner handles all sales

Luis is a groundsman handling ropes, rigging, wood management, and equipment, and is learning to climb.
 

Zach is a groundsman handling wood management and ensuring grapple truck and grapple saw truck are properly supported and sites are clean upon completion.

Brad is NE certified arborist, received formal tree work training from Academy Trained, leads the crews in solving tree problems, applies his technical skills, and helps make sure all our gear is in order.

Jowe is a UNO grad and groundsperson learning the tree industry and wood management, is studying to be NE Certified Arborist, and helps with plant healthcare treatments.

Leslie manages office functions and is applying her experience as a small business owner to ensure we provide great service and support.

Kevin is available to MTS as a contractor with his Midgard grapple saw truck (MidgardCrane.com)

Andrew is NE certified arborist consulting, selling, directing operations, managing Plant HealthCare, and specializes in crane work.
